Heather Buffo

Heather Buffo is a strategic partnerships and go-to-market leader currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for SXSW Pitch and the Senior Events & Marketing Manager at DivInc, where they support underrepresented entrepreneurs in Austin. They previously held significant roles at Republic, scaling the Venture Partner Program and leading educational initiatives, and co-managed one of Harvard's largest undergraduate service organizations at CityStep. As the owner and operator of La Dolce Vélo, Heather blends their passion for cycling and sweets by delivering handmade ice cream sandwiches from a custom ice cream bicycle. They also run Buffology LLC, providing fractional consulting services to scaling startups.
