Divine Vintage is a premium Santa Monica wine bar and boutique founded by two renowned leaders in the global wine and hospitality industry, combining more than 60 years of expertise across international markets, luxury dining, and curated wine experiences.

Nick Dumergue is an international wine expert with over 30 years of experience across nine countries. As a Decanter Magazine wine judge, WSET educator, and consultant for prestigious culinary programs — including wine initiatives for Gordon Ramsay — Nick is known for his refined palate, deep technical understanding of global wine regions, and ability to design elevated wine programs for discerning audiences.

Jennifer Rush, founder of the acclaimed Blue Plate Restaurant Group, brings more than three decades of leadership in luxury hospitality. Her restaurants — Blue Plate Oysterette, Blue Plate Taco, and the iconic Divine Pasta — have become Santa Monica staples known for exceptional service, coastal charm, and a loyal clientele. Her expertise in creating destination dining and lifestyle-driven hospitality experiences shapes the foundation of Divine Vintage.

Together, Nick and Jennifer created Divine Vintage, a boutique wine destination that blends curated global wines, artisan craftsmanship, and a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The brand represents a new model in Santa Monica’s luxury wine scene — a place where elevated wine education meets culture, design, and community.

Today, Divine Vintage is expanding into new hospitality ventures, premium wine experiences, and lifestyle concepts designed to inspire and delight. With a focus on storytelling, elevated craftsmanship, and meaningful guest engagement, the company continues to redefine modern luxury within the wine and hospitality space.
