Rich Nagle has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. Rich has held various leadership roles in different companies, starting with their most recent position as Chief Financial Officer at DivX, LLC since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Finance and Accounting at the same company from February 2018 to January 2022.

Prior to these roles, Rich held the position of Assistant Controller at MindShare from December 2005 to July 2007, where they led a department of ten and oversaw monthly reconciliations. Rich began their career as an Accounting Manager at Ernst & Young, where they provided training, supervision, and evaluation for auditors.

Rich's work experience also includes a role as a Staff Accountant at Salibello & Broder, as well as an internship at American Express.

Rich Nagle attended Pace University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Accounting. During their time at Pace University, they also studied Accounting and Finance.
