Alan Young

Alan Young is the President of Dixie Interiors, an ADG Company, a position they have held since 2023. They previously worked at Redi Carpet from 2004 to 2015 as Sales Manager and from 2004 to 2013 as Account Manager, where they helped grow revenue from 27.5MM in 2013 to 29.2MM in 2014, increased gross profit by 1.4% in 2014, expanded the business development team, and grew the customer account base by 12% in 2014. They also served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Arbor Contract Carpet (2016–2017) and as Business Unit Manager for Business Flooring Specialists (2015–2016). They held the Regional Vice President of Dixie Interiors (2017–2021) and later Senior Vice President roles, and currently serve as President of Dixie Interiors since 2023.
