We are Strength Coaches and Nutritionists, empowering families to Make Healthy Normal. Our services are designed to create long lasting health transformations for both parents and children, combining evidence based coaching with real-world practicality.

Parent Strong Protocol
Our flagship online coaching program supports career-driven parents with regaining their strength, energy and being pain-free. It involves science based training, nutrition coaching and accountability tailored to your biology, culture and calendar.

Taste Training Workshops
Interactive cooking and nutrition workshops that inspire children to build a positive relationship with food. Delivered face-to-face in Childcare Centres across Sydney, these fun, interactive sessions encourage kids aged 7–11 to explore new flavours, overcome fussy eating, and develop healthy food habits in a fun, engaging environment.

Fitness for Kids
A school based fitness program designed to build confidence, teamwork, and physical literacy through games and active play. We deliver high energy, engaging sessions to students aged 10–15 across Sydney schools, making fitness fun while reinforcing the importance of movement for mental and physical health.
