Aaron Windels

Aaron Windels currently serves as the BIM | CAD Lead, Design Engineer, and Survey Technician at DJ&A, where responsibilities include leading BIM and CAD production efforts, mentoring employees, and implementing new technologies. Additionally, Aaron holds positions as a Success Coach and Mentor at Accelerate Montana, focusing on the development of Rapid Training Programs for the construction industry, and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Montana, teaching civil design and drafting classes.
