Mark Meng

Mark Meng, P.E., PMP, is a Senior Project Manager at DJ&A, P.C. with extensive experience in government contracting, highway design, and project and construction management. Previously, they served as the Director of Engineering & Fleet for the USDA Forest Service in Region 8, overseeing a staff of 45 and managing hurricane recovery efforts with a substantial budget. Mark has held various roles, including Project Manager at the Central Federal Lands Highway Division, where they managed civil works projects, and Branch Chief at the USDA Forest Service's Job Corps Support Branch, supervising procurement activities across multiple centers. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Master’s in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
