The Ultimate Youngters Radio is the newest formation of Devina Fm with a new logo, position and format which is specialized for Paramuda in Surabaya. The transition concept which is specialized to teenagers in Surabaya is based on the simple consideration. The consideration are the teenager who like something progressive, like something fun, like the newest thing, and also the teenager are the biggest potential market of us.
