Hanglei Weng

Hanglei Weng, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at DJI since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Intern at Stearns County MN, where responsibilities encompassed administering total rewards programs, facilitating DEI discussions, conducting job analyses, and analyzing diversity and inclusion metrics. Hanglei has previous internship experience with Minnesota Daily, KPMG, Dentsu Aegis Network, and 中国人民保险 PICC, contributing to HR functions such as onboarding, training logistics, and employee feedback analysis. Hanglei holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and has completed exchange studies at institutions including Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Ritsumeikan University.
