Wayne Baker

Director, Stakeholder Engagement, North America at DJI

Wayne Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public safety and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Stakeholder Engagement for North America at DJI since November 2019, Wayne Baker is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to engage key external stakeholders. Prior roles at DJI included Director of Business Development and Director of Public Safety Integration, where engagement with customers and dealers played a crucial role in shaping product development. As CEO of 460 Ops since September 2017, Wayne Baker provides consulting and training for small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) to public safety agencies. Additional experience includes serving as Fire Chief and Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Joshua and holding adjunct professor positions at Southwestern Adventist University. Wayne Baker's career also features earlier roles as an instructor in fire science and emergency response. Wayne Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University.
