Xiaoyu Yang is currently pursuing dual bachelor's degrees in Public Administration and German Language and Literature at Southwest Jiaotong University. They have previously held roles such as Senior HRBP in the IC Department and Talent Acquisition Leader at DJI from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Xiaoyu worked as a Talent Development Supervisor at Shell from 2013 to 2017 and completed an internship in Organization Development at The Coca-Cola Company in 2013. Xiaoyu also earned an MBA in Human Resources and Applied Psychology from East China Normal University from 2019 to 2022.
