Yiling Li

Yiling Li has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Overseas HR Generalist at DJI since September 2018, where responsibilities include supporting global operations in drone and camera technology. Prior to this role, Yiling worked as a Recruitment Consultant at MAX HRM.nl from October 2017 to August 2018, emphasizing the importance of communication in successful teamwork. Yiling also gained foundational HR experience as an HR and Administrative Intern at ICBC (EUROPE) S.A. Amsterdam Branch in 2017. Yiling holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from China University of Labor Relations.
