Lars Brittain

Lars Brittain is an experienced manager and consultant at Djøf, having joined the organization in October 2003. Lars has successfully built and rebuilt teams while navigating mergers and organizational changes, contributing significantly to Djøf's strategic execution. Notable roles include serving as Senior Consultant, where Lars focused on facilitating networking activities for members, and as a Consultant overseeing DJØF's Mentorprogram and membership networks. Lars also has a background in various consulting roles within the organization, addressing negotiations and member services. Prior to Djøf, Lars gained experience at SIFO Research & Consulting and Hvalsø Kommune, among others, and holds degrees in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and executive education from prestigious institutions like MIT and IMD.
