Rikke Andreasen

Rikke Andreasen is the Videnudviklingschef at Djøf, where they focus on leadership development programs, courses, and training for both private and public leaders. They held the position of Ledelsesrådgiver og coach at Lederne from 2008 to 2017, providing confidential advisory services and executive coaching. Rikke has also worked as a Redaktionschef at B.T. and has been involved in media as a journalist and editor. They have an extensive educational background, including a master's degree in Positive Psychology from Aarhus University and an international certification from The Coaches Training Institute. Since 2007, Rikke has been an executive coach, offering tailored coaching and mentoring to leaders and executives.
