Alex S.

Alex S. has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and management roles. They began their career at Pacific Sintered Metals in 1990 as a Manufacturing Engineer & Metallurgist. From 1997 to 2001, they worked at Polese as a Production Manager, responsible for new materials development and managing manufacturing operations. At BAE Systems Advanced Ceramics from 2002 to 2007, they served as a Quality & Engineering Manager, successfully managing a defense project and delivering consistent quality improvements. From 2007 to 2008, Alex S. worked at Injectamax Inc as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing daily operations and providing engineering support. They then joined Autosplice in 2008 as a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, leading projects for medical and automotive applications. Most recently, since 2014, Alex S. has been working at D&K Engineering as a Principal Manufacturing Engineer.

Alex S. pursued their M.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Tech.U., Tashkent, from 1974 to 1979. Later, they engaged in a Ph.D. Study in Material Science, specializing in the Rapid Solidification of Dispersed Al Alloys, from 1985 to 1989 at OJSC "All-russia institute of light alloys".
