Maggie Brown, SPHR has a background in human resources and talent development, with experience working in various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality. In their current role as Director of HR at D&K Engineering, Maggie oversees a global team of over 500 employees in San Diego and Singapore. Prior to their current role, Maggie worked as an HR Consultant at HR Executive Advisors, Director of Organization Effectiveness and Talent Development at Tri-City Medical Center, and in other leadership positions focusing on employee development, training, and organizational effectiveness.
