Peter Armstrong

Peter Armstrong, PE, is a product development and commercialization professional with over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering and product commercialization across various industries, including medical devices and consumer products. Currently, they serve as the Director of R&D at Ascential Medical & Life Sciences, where they lead innovative projects and manage complex product development cycles. Previously, Peter held leadership roles at companies such as LifeProof, SeQual Technologies, and Medtronic, where they successfully drove product development from concept to launch while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Peter earned a BS from UC San Diego and an MBA from San Diego State University, alongside a diploma from UC San Diego.
