Raghu Behara is a seasoned Life Sciences Executive and Global Business Leader with over 20 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and automation. They have held pivotal roles at Festo, where they were instrumental in developing and executing long-term strategies across North and South America and successfully established the Life Sciences business in North America as a key growth pillar. Raghu has also worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on organizational transformation and operational efficiency. They hold a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University, an ME in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Utah State University, and an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Currently, Raghu serves as a Strategic Advisor at SWARA Consulting and Managing Director at Ascential Medical & Life Sciences.
