I help companies turn AI and Customer Experience into revenue.

After 10+ years working across enterprise SaaS, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again:
companies invest in powerful platforms — but struggle to fully adopt them, scale them, and turn them into real business impact.

That’s where I come in.

Through DKHive Advisory, I partner with organizations to:

• Drive adoption and usage of AI & CX platforms
• Maximize customer value across the lifecycle
• Unlock upsell and expansion opportunities
• Align Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Translate complex technology into measurable outcomes

My background spans pre-sales, customer success, and AI-driven solutions, supporting enterprise deals from $2M to $12M and working closely with executive stakeholders.

I don’t just advise — I operate alongside teams to drive tangible results.
