Katherine Helzer

Katherine Helzer is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer at DKI Services, overseeing operations and providing legal counsel for the largest disaster restoration contracting organization in North America. Previously, Katherine served as General Counsel at DKI Ventures, LLC, and held positions as President and CEO of Wind River Studios Holdings, where a successful turnaround of the packaging company was achieved. Katherine began their legal career as a Contract Litigation Attorney at Special Counsel, later working as a Litigation Associate at prominent law firms including Heller Ehrman LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, summa cum laude, from Yale University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Harvard Law School.
