Tina Simon

Tina Simon has extensive experience in educational management and coordination, currently serving as Standortleitung Hessen at Deutsche Kinder- und Jugendstiftung GmbH since October 2018, focusing on strengthening partnerships to enhance future opportunities for children and youth. Previously held roles include Regional Program Coordinator at Heraeus Bildungsstiftung and Trainer at Initiative Neues Lernen e.V., along with founding Hertie Innovationskolleg der Gemeinnützigen Hertie-Stiftung. Tina's earlier experience includes serving as Ganztagsschulkoordinatorin and a representative teacher at Freiherr-vom-Stein-Schule Eppstein, as well as working as an insurance clerk at Allianz Insurance. Tina holds a Master of Business Administration in Educational Management from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and multiple qualifications in theology and insurance.
