Ameya Badwe

Ameya Badwe serves as Senior Legal Counsel at DKSH since May 2022, focusing on M&A, capital markets, and special projects, following a role as Legal Counsel at the same company. Prior experience includes nearly seven years at Baker McKenzie Thailand as an Associate, where Ameya represented upstream oil and gas companies and advised multinational corporations on various commercial contracts. Ameya also operated as a Private Tutor from July 2017 to July 2020, specializing in International Baccalaureate Economics and Geography, and worked as a Freelance Writer for Navocet, producing legal articles on UK and EU developments. Additional tutoring experience includes a Resident Tutor position at Elite IB Tutors, and initial legal exposure during a summer internship at Apisith & Alliance Lawyers. Ameya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
