Ben Hails

Ben Hails currently serves as Senior Manager of Salesforce at DKSH since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ben co-founded Schooly., acting as Director and Product Owner from September 2018 to March 2022, where leadership of a diverse team facilitated the development of a scalable SaaS application now utilized by over 2000 users. Earlier experience includes serving as Digital Consultant at Edu-Sys Limited, where Ben managed the migration of Salesforce systems, and as Head of Operations at The British Schools Foundation, implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud for over 6000 users. Ben also held key operational roles at School Source International Ltd. and Beijing New Millennium Leisure Ltd. Ben's educational background includes attendance at St. Bedes from 1993 to 1999.
