Borin Tim

Borin Tim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition at DKSH since July 2017, currently serving as Assistant Manager in People Services and previously as Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition. Key achievements include successfully executing a talent acquisition strategy that resulted in hiring over 150 employees within a year and implementing an AI-driven recruitment platform. Additionally, Borin Tim has contributed to the CAM-Meet Corner Toastmasters Club as Sergeant At Arms and an active member, focusing on public speaking and leadership skills. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Cambodia, and two Bachelor’s degrees in Teaching English as a Second Language from Royal University Phnom Penh and Business Administration from BELTEI International University.
