Carole Lin

Carole Lin is a seasoned professional in the specialty chemicals industry, currently serving as the General Manager of BU Performance Material Greater China and Head of DKSH China Leadership. With extensive experience in global business development and P&L management, Carole previously held key positions at DKSH and other organizations, leading teams and driving growth across various sectors including personal care, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals. Carole earned a Master of Engineering in Organic Chemistry from East China University of Science and Technology, where they honed their technical expertise to support strategic initiatives in their field.
