Caryn Chang

Caryn Chang is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience supporting senior executives across various companies. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CFO and CHRO at DKSH since June 2023, Caryn is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing events. Prior to this role, Caryn worked at Pace Enterprise as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and also contributed to talent acquisition by recruiting over 40 employees across multiple countries. Caryn's experience also includes positions at WeWork, Unlockd, Twitter, and Google, where effective administrative support and event management were key responsibilities. Caryn holds a BS/BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with an extended major in Japanese from The University of Queensland, along with a one-year language exchange program at The University of Osaka.
