Chris Tanner

Chris Tanner has extensive experience in leadership and board memberships across various organizations in the healthcare and investment sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Paion AG and CureVac AG, and heading the Audit Committee at CureVac AG, Chris also holds prominent roles at DKSH, Qvanteq AG, and Joimax GmbH. Previous positions include Chief Technology Officer and Member of the Board at Cosmo Pharmaceuticals NV and Chief Financial Officer at Cassiopea SpA. Chris has a robust background in corporate finance and banking from tenure at UBS Investment Bank, where responsibilities included leading corporate finance and capital markets across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Dr. Oec in Economics & Sociology and a lic. Oec in the same field from the University of St. Gallen, along with a Matura C in Sciences & Math from Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz.
