Ely Weng

Ely Weng is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director, Group HR Business Partnering at DKSH since November 2021, Ely previously held multiple senior roles at AkzoNobel, focusing on regional talent and culture management in Asia and the South APAC region between November 2016 and November 2021. Prior to that, Ely contributed to Dyson and Micron Technology in key learning and development positions. Ely’s academic background includes a Master's degree in Electronics from the National University of Singapore and advanced CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Management.
