Francis Chan

Francis Chan is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security and technology operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Group Head of IT Security at DKSH since October 2021, Francis oversees cybersecurity initiatives for the company, which operates in 37 markets. Prior to this role, Francis held the position of Director of Cyber Security for the Asia-Pacific region at Herbalife Nutrition, where responsibilities included executing the cybersecurity roadmap and managing global security engineering teams. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Technology Operations and Director of Identity and Access Services at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where Francis led teams in security technology roadmap execution, identity management strategy, and operational oversight. Francis holds a Master's degree in Network Computing from Monash University and a Bachelor of Science in Networking from the University of Southern Queensland.
