Previously, they held various roles at HEINEKEN and Cambodia Brewery Limited, where they led talent acquisition initiatives and employee engagement programs. In January 2023, Kim Bou transitioned to a global role, aligning HR strategies with business objectives across 15 markets in the Asia Pacific region.
