Lukas Kiefer has extensive experience in operations and systems within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Manager for Regional Operations and Systems in Patient Solutions at DKSH since August 2014. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting strategic projects, budget planning, and business analytics across multiple regions including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Prior to joining DKSH, Lukas worked as a Research Assistant at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, where duties involved assisting students with programming robots and developing practical examinations for the robotic laboratory. Lukas holds a Bachelor of Science in Production Management from Reutlingen University and a Bachelor Plus in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration with a DAAD scholarship from HCMC International University.
