Nadhirah Ramlan has extensive experience in digital workplace solutions and IT support, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Digital Workplace at DKSH since November 2021, focusing on identity and access management (IAM) and Office 365 productivity. Prior to this role, Nadhirah worked as a Specialist in the same department at DKSH CSSC Sdn. Bhd. and held the position of Executive in Group ICT at UEM Group Berhad, where responsibilities included diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop issues and managing IT Helpdesk requests. Earlier experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise providing Level 1 technical support, and participating in industrial training programs at Sony EMCS (M) Sdn. Bhd. and IPERINTIS SDN. BHD., assisting in network and desktop support. Nadhirah holds a Bachelor in Engineering (Computer Network Engineering) and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis, as well as a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) in Pure Science.
