Paveena P. is a Senior Business Controller with extensive expertise in the Energy, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Retail sectors. They have previously served as a Business Controller at Roche from 2015 to 2022, where they led budgeting and forecasting for the APAC region. Prior to that, Paveena worked at Henkel, managing financial performance and reporting, and at ExxonMobil, focusing on cost and capital reporting. Currently, Paveena is a Senior Manager Finance Business Partner at DKSH, continuing to drive financial performance and strategic planning.
