Ruch de Silva is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in business development and operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Payer & Patient Solutions at DKSH Healthcare, Ruch leads a team of over 50 across 13 countries, driving strategic direction and operations for Patient Support Programs. Prior to this role, Ruch held key positions at Takeda, including Director of Business Operations and Analytics for Specialty Care and Commercial Director for Primary Care, where significant revenue growth and strategic initiatives were achieved. Ruch's earlier career includes consulting roles at L.E.K. Consulting and Datamonitor Healthcare, along with military service in the Singapore Army. Ruch holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
