Simon Butterfield

Simon Butterfield serves as the Field Operations Manager at DKSH since August 2023. Prior to this role, Simon was the Services Regional Lead at The Warehouse Group from April 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 15 in-home technicians and driving sales opportunities. Simon's extensive experience at SKY TV New Zealand spanned two decades, holding various positions including Northern Area Manager, where management encompassed a team of 10 installers and 7 quality controllers, as well as overseeing 70 installation/service contractors. As Northland Provincial Manager, Simon achieved remarkable growth in subscriber numbers. In the role of Customer Service Manager, Simon effectively managed a large team dedicated to enhancing customer service operations and implementing significant process improvements.
