Tim Shields

Tim Shields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at DKSH since September 2018, Tim leads the Global Continuous Improvement Team for the Healthcare Business Unit. Prior roles include Director of Supply Chain Development at DKSH, where Tim focused on enhancing distribution networks and promoting Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Tim's background also encompasses significant positions at Bangkok Industrial Gas, where process improvement and productivity were priorities, and Air Products, where Tim managed logistics optimization and led various initiatives across the Asia region. With a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma, including certification as a Black Belt, Tim has a proven track record of driving operational effectiveness and implementing innovative solutions in complex environments.
