Vivian Lin

Vivian Lin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vivian currently holds the position of Director, Country Finance at DKSH, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Finance at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from March 2020 to January 2022. At this role, they partnered with BU leads to drive target achievement and led strategic reviews for long-range financial planning.

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Vivian worked as a Business Finance Manager at Li & Fung Limited from July 2014 to February 2020. Vivian was also a Controlling Manager at Adecco Group from June 2013 to July 2014.

Earlier in their career, Vivian gained experience as a Senior Finance Analyst at The College Board from October 2010 to May 2013, where they developed budgetary forecasts and supported business partners in decision-making. Vivian also held the role of Accounting Manager at AvePoint from August 2006 to October 2010, where they successfully built the Accounting department, managed month-end closing, and implemented transfer pricing and international tax studies.

Vivian's work experience began with a fiscal internship at Brooklyn Academy of Music in September 2005, showcasing their early exposure to finance and accounting.

Vivian Lin pursued their education in a chronological manner. Vivian first obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from National Taipei University of Business, graduating between 1997 and 2002. Following that, they attended the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management. Lastly, they went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
