장 옥재

옥재 장 is the current Representative of the Istanbul Office of DL E&C, specializing as an infrastructure business developer in the CIS, Eastern Europe, and Africa. Prior to this role, 옥재 served as a General Manager at DL E&C since 2009, and as a Senior Manager at Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. for a brief period in 2017-2018, where they coordinated significant hydropower projects. 옥재 began their career as a First Lieutenant in the Republic of Korea Army from 2004 to 2006, serving as an Engineering Officer. They hold a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Hydrology and Hydraulics from 서울시립대학교, complemented by a Master's degree from 서울대학교 and a Bachelor's degree from 인하대학교.
