Grady Smith

Grady Smith is a seasoned facilities and project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at D&L, where they oversee project planning and execution. Previously, Grady held positions such as Facilities Manager at Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, optimizing operational performance and safety protocols, and Maintenance Manager at von Drehle Corporation, where they significantly reduced downtime. Grady has extensive experience in operations management, consulting independently from 2005 to 2019, and previously served in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Mechanic Supervisor. Grady holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University and a technical degree from US Navy Nuclear Power School.
