AUSTRALIAN OWNED AND OPERATED, DLA WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CLIENTS WHO RANGE FROM FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES TO SMALLER BOUTIQUE ORGANISATIONS.

We aim to work as ‘partners in productivity’ with our clients. This approach enables us to assist our clients in optimising and improving their business service and delivery. By forward planning we are able to significantly minimise the downtime or disruption to work during the recruitment process.

Our expertise within the industry sectors we cover means we understand the issues faced by businesses, including specific skill requirements, critical timeframes and peak periods. All our consultants have long-term industry experience resulting in an in-depth technical understanding of the industry, roles within the industry and business operations.

In the spirit of partnership, DLA have developed several innovative engagement models that deliver true benefit to our Clients. Accordingly DLA offer:

  - Flexible engagement models.
  - Innovative and economic pricing models.
  - Delivery models with high added value content.

Many of our engagements are of a confidential nature. We understand and respect this. Accordingly our searches are undertaken with the discretion expected of us. Furthermore, we rarely advertise our roles because we believe that the best candidates are not often looking on the job boards for work. They respond better to personal approaches from our qualified staff.

With a quarter of a century in the business, DLA has long-standing relationships with many clients, some of whom we have partnered with for over 20 years.”
