Frederick Bara

Frederick Bara, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and consultancy. Currently serving as Managing Director at DLA, LLC since September 2021, Frederick has played a pivotal role in driving the firm's specialized services in internal audit, risk advisory, IT advisory, and regulatory compliance. Prior to DLA, LLC, Frederick held senior management positions at HBK CPAs & Consultants and Spire Group, PC, and spent a decade at Mazars USA LLP as Senior Manager. Frederick's career commenced at David Fischer & Co. as an Accountant, following roles as a Senior Accountant at Mirinov, Sloan & Parziale, and an Accounting intern at Sleepmaster LLC. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kean University, attained in 2001.
