Ben Brown

Ben Brown is a Partner in the UK Tax division at DLA Piper, where they have extensive experience advising on UK and international tax aspects of M&A, corporate transactions, and finance work. Prior to joining DLA Piper in 2017, Ben served as Counsel at Allen & Overy from 2005 to 2017, specializing in UK taxation and VAT for financial services. They began their career as an Associate in the corporate department at Herbert Smith LLP from 2000 to 2005, focusing on M&A. Ben holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from The College of Law Guildford, where they graduated with commendation/distinction.
