Daniel Cook

Daniel Cook is a Partner at DLA Piper, where they work with both large and small government contractors across various sectors. They handle government contracts litigation issues, including bid protests and contract disputes, and have represented clients before several federal agencies and judicial bodies. Daniel also provides counsel on government contracts issues, including subcontracting and regulatory compliance, and has experience in international government contracting. They previously held roles as a Business Development Manager and Judicial Intern, and have served as a Government Contracts Research Assistant and Summer Associate during their educational journey at Cornell University and The George Washington University Law School.
