Danny McMann

Danny McMann is a Partner at DLA Piper, specializing in Private Equity and M&A. They previously served as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis and held positions including Legal Director and Associate within similar areas of law. Danny taught as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, where they led Principles of Economics courses and received multiple Certificates of Distinction in Teaching. Their early career included teaching English in a public middle school in Seoul and clerking for the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Danny earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics from The University of British Columbia.
