Emma Whenham is currently a Partner at DLA Piper, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Emma served as a Partner and Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from 2016 to 2021 and trained as a Solicitor and later worked as an Associate at Linklaters between 2013 and 2015. Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The College of Law, Moorgate, and a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Cardiff University.
