Harris Chan is currently the Partner and Head of Litigation and Regulatory at DLA Piper in Hong Kong. Previously, Harris served as Special Counsel at Mallesons Stephen Jaques from 2002 to 2009. Harris obtained an LL.B. and PCLL in Law from The University of Hong Kong, having completed their education there from 1992 to 1996, and attended Wan Yan College Kowloon between 1984 and 1991.
