Heather Hill has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, having served as Employee Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from May 2017 to March 2020. In these roles, Heather led teams focused on performance improvement and supported executive leadership. Prior to this, Heather was a Manager in the HR Business Partner role at Northrop Grumman from November 1998 to May 2017, where strategic partnership and organizational capability building were key responsibilities. Currently, Heather holds the position of Director of Strategic Advisory at DLA Piper, starting in August 2022. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and two Bachelor's degrees in History from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
