Izabel Grindal

Izabel Grindal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, change management, and content integration. Currently serving as Head of Governance & Change at DLA Piper since December 2017, Izabel also holds the position of Interim Head of Change. With a consulting role at IZG since June 2010, Izabel has managed diverse projects, including significant transformation programs for leading law firms and the launch of an online insurance business. Prior experience includes a 20-year tenure at Thomson Reuters, where Izabel held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Content Integration, overseeing a major integration initiative for the organization. Izabel's early career began at Metal Bulletin as Editor of Futures & Options World. Academic credentials include a post-graduate diploma in Journalism from City, University of London, and a degree in Politics, Economics, and History from the University of Bristol.
