Jen Burt

Jen Burt is currently Of Counsel at DLA Piper, specializing in international corporate restructurings, international tax planning, corporate structuring, transfer pricing analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence. Prior to this role, Jen served as VP and Senior International Tax Counsel at Marriott International from 2000 to 2007, and as Senior Director of Tax Planning and Research at Laureate International Universities from 2013 to 2019. Jen also held positions as an Associate at Covington & Burling and as Of Counsel at Kalbian Hagerty LLP. Earlier in their career, Jen worked as a Briefing Attorney at The Supreme Court of Texas.
