Joe Malcolm is a Senior Associate and Solicitor at DLA Piper since March 2018, specializing in both contentious and non-contentious legal matters. Notably, Joe acted for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in opposition to Pacific National’s proposed acquisition of Aurizon's intermodal rail assets.
